I am playing the Norweigan campaign and Troundheim is nowhere to be found on the map.
Can someone please tell me where it's at?

Are you talking about the Norway scenario in the official Blitzkrieg campaign? Or the Norway scenario in Erik's Blitzkrieg39-41 custom campaign? If it's the official Norway scenario, here's how to find Trondheim:

Whatever you scenario you play that uses the whole of Norway, you should find in the center of the rectangle in the screenshot.
