This month????????????

They're a complete "if and when" anyway - assuming they happen maybe the back end of next year, perhaps ....

No,

Lost scrolls is a potential way for the armies that are so bad only a real devotee would want to try them. The dregs of the biblical period where the bulk of the aremy are unprotected medium foot light spear are actually quite decent troops and other such horrors. It has been mentioned that at the end of the army list development lists that didn't make the cut may be made available as 'lost scrolls'

And maybe some OK armies that just couldn't find a home or were left out for other reasons - like the polytheist Arabs for example.
