Sealion Reading scenario Problem

Hi,

I am playing the Reading scenario and I captured all the hangars, train stations etc and the hq unit and I still lost. I even extended the game a few turn and it still came out as a loss. Am I missing something?

Hi ,
I tried to look at the above but it doesn't tell me anything. Has anyone played this scenario and win either type of victory?

I played it again and the only thing that needs to be in the victory conditions is the train station after being captured needs to be protected. I captured all three again and I still lost. However, it looks like you might have to protect them?

Victory condition: 3 captured train station and 0 Great Britain HQ

I captured the three train stations and the HQ unit was destroyed. Like I said above, does the train stations need to be protected? Those train stations have the ability once captured to turn into a Train unit

Their number depends on how many have survived the previous mission.</p><p>In order to capture the train stations, each station must be surrounded by at least two ground units. After a station is captured, guard it from possible British attack.</p>

I think this is the problem, it really doesn't say to protect them in the conditions, maybe that should be added

The objectives for a decisive victory are to Take and hold the three train stations in Reading and to eliminate the enemy HQ.

Each of the three train stations is a structure that switches sides ones once two or more of the player's ground units are adjacent to it. You receive an in-game msg for every succesful capture (switchover to axis side)
Since structures are among the favorite targets of the AI, it will undoubtly attack them. So in order to get that DV, each trainstation must survive (number of strength points remaining does not matter) until the mission ends, so it is wise to keep them protected. You can also right-click each train station to check if it has switched to the axis side, it might be possible that one has been overlooked.
Altough train transports are available, do not load a structure into a train transport as it will break the DV requirement.
