Freeze when saving

Very occasionally, I will go to save the game and it will freeze and will need to restart my computer.

It's happened twice in maybe 8 hours of play, so not a huge issue.

any error logs messages after the crash?

if you start a game again, it will wipe any message clean, in my doc folder
