Editor: Deleting carrier w/air unit

Looks like you can't delete an aircraft carrier with air units in the hangar. That is fine.
But if you have tried doing that, you can't delete the carrier after removing the air units.
Worse, you are allowed to deploy another unit on the same location.
The carrier can't be selected by clicking on the unit on the map, but it is still available in the force list (tried closing/reopening the list).

I have attached the scenario (I'm removing all surplus units not needed for testing objectives in the scenario).

In the screenshot the carrier is selected in the force list.
