convert (wulfrahmen to panzerewrfer) or not?

just going through grand campaign again: I use wulfrahman alot specially (indirectly) against soft targets and i am wondering is it worth converting then to panzerwerfer 42/3 now they are out? (I dont usually). Is it worth the loss of attack strength for the extra armour? If you are hit by a tank or attatcked by infantry or aircraft I presume you are still pretty stuffed?. Has anyone got any examples of hits damage when hit as a panzerwerfer in comparison to a wulfrahmen. Numbers anyone?. many thanks for info

It's WuRfrahmen. Werfen is the verb for throwing, Wurf is the noun.
