Glad you like the camo skins asuser! I must admit my files for PZC are a real wreck since I rarely delete anything and save EVERYTHING. But you never know when you might need something

Greetings from Texas to Germany. Texas has lots of German blood in its veins! Soon I will be posting some more units, trying to organize them. Some are unique to the game.

Here are some units that I worked on for the past couple of months in my spare time. There are some originals in the group, some reworked. It is a mixture of softskins, armor, etc. Various countries categorized by folder within the zip file. The download gets them all but of course it is up to you which ones you want to use and keep. The next several pages have the group images showing what is in each group.

Another group:
Note: Trucks with camo tarps are Hungarian versions. The Italian M15-21 AA is a prototype that was built but never put into production. I thought it was an interesting unit and could compliment any game utilizing what if units for Italy.

another group:
NOTE: the Marders I already reworked earlier back in 2016 were incomplete in that I had left out the Marder III with the Soviet gun. Now it is in the group. The Italian 149 is a rework of Guille's unit and with the masks are the German versions which are the same but for title and name.

Yes, another group:
The Poles used the Kegresse halftracks from France modified to their specifications. They also developed prototypes of the PZ222 and PZ202 halftracks but these really did not have a chance to get into production. One was a troop APC and the other was for artillery. The Polish PZ703 and PZ703 trucks were produced in very small numbers but production stopped with the German invasion. They were designed to replace the Fiat trucks used by the Polish Armed forces.

and another group:
Note: the Hungarian Magirus trucks have the spotty type camouflage tarps, the German version has large pattern camouflage, your choice. The Magirus A3000 was a really rough and ready 4x4 truck and you will note in the little details it looks pretty aggressive in its stance. The Magirus S3000 was still a very excellent truck but was only a 4X2 version and is reflected in the slightly lower stance. The Praga Troop truck is based on photographs in archives of exactly how these trucks were built to carry troops straddling the rear truck bed and not along the side panels. The Czech armored car is just one I made because I didn't like the game version. I don't think the little Steyer trucks are in the game in this version but they were widely employed by Axis forces.

Here are some fortifications I reworked also:
I just replaced the Panther Bunker Group 2 picture since I had posted the one that did not have shadows. Sorry about that. The one in the zip file does have shadows so no worry.

@ akkula....................................My friend I have been so slow in responding to your previous request about input on Modern Wars. I sincerely apologize. Real Life has/had ruined my plans for December and late November, so I am appreciative for your kind patience. I will make efforts to handle that matter very soon if it is not too late.
In the meantime I also appreciate your liking and complimenting the latest group of units I posted. I had them in my files for sometime and just could not manage to get them gathered to post in a link. But now that is done. I also have other files in process but am not ready to put them on the forum. They are the SdKfz group.

@ asuser..............thankyou for the compliments. Fortifications are usually interesting units to put in the game in some capacity. Of course they are unlikely to survive, but provide a useful service when employed as needed. One that always impressed me was the huge battleship turret in Norway. Really awesome but never in a real battle. Maybe because it was so awesome?

Re: Some new icons if you want them, more to follow
Here are some wartime images for reference..............
Not hard to notice ALL of them, unless photographed prior to engagement, have been knocked out.
But the accounts of the Pantherstellung in the Gothic Line and other places show they managed to give a reasonable account of themselves.

Hi flak,
you got a message, please check your mailbox. Do you have a special link or box for it?
Btw. Nice armor/fort. pictures! Just wondering, why Germany lost the war.

Re: Some new icons if you want them, more to follow
@ asuser...............................I only have some unfinished templates on some of the units I have made that do not have shadows. But if you want I can "shave the shadows" on some preferred units if you wish and make bare units. Of course the mask would not have a mask on any shadow. After your input (I think), I started shading the mask perimeters on the units I make. Just let me know. Send me a private email and I will send you my direct email if you wish.
And.....................in my opinion Germany lost the war for many reasons and they all were in constant change, but the ultimate reason was the blatant interference of Hitler and his inner circle of corrupt sycophants. Probably the invasion of Russia to begin with could have succeeded given a few circumstances being different and even after that had Hitler and his minions not made a genocidal racial war on everyone but Germans they would have had a united European coalition against Communism. Have you ever seen a powerful person able to look at things with true pragmatism or admit they could be wrong? No, power corrupts and absolute power absolutely corrupts. Just look at ALL governments today in the world. Look at history with all those in "power". Human nature and its biggest failure.
