Can't figure this one out. Moved the only bridge engineer to Kharkov proper since it was marked "B", but only achieved a victory. Did I misunderstand the briefing (1) and what was the reward beyond getting a choice of scenarios for the next one? Thanks!

What they didnt tell you is that this is just the first part of the mission.

This thread has been idle for a few years but I just played this level and I received a message reading now I have to move the bridging unit to another city with only 2 turns remaining. It was not physically possible to make it there on time. Same thing may have happened to you.
