Crash to desktop

My game crashes every time I start new capmaign. I have AMD Barton CPU and nVidia FX5600 graphic card, does anyone have the same problem ?

Can you give us more details about what exactly happens. Have you completed the tutorial for example?

You should also ensure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card too. But once we have more info we can start to try and help you out.

Actually , it is the tutorial capmaign in which it crushes every time. I follow the instrunctions and in one of them it says select the militia and no Militia unit is available on the screen. So, I close the dialog boxes of tutorial and start the campaign on button above (campaign of the Latins ?) After that the game loads a battlefield and when I click on it, the game crashes. Do I have some kind of faulty version of the game ? I have lots of games and havent have such a glitch in last 6 months.

The answer is : I didnt complete the tutorial, I cant even start it, since I have no militia unit to select so I have to close the tutorial.

Can you let us know what version of the game you have - e.g. the publisher which is on the box.

When you say there are no militia - there should be one of the deployed units which is pulsing. You are not seeing this?

There is something glowing on the left side of the screen as I should click on it but there is no militia unit there, and it can not be clicked on to , so I have to close the tutorial dialog box. I'm stucked at that point.

Hmmm. That is very odd. First thing I would recommend is a complete reinstall (uninstall and then delete the entire remaining install directory).

And the game version isn't what I need - we need to know the publisher name on the box. Thanks!

I dont know exactly what you need but it says that publishers are Strategy First and Extreme from Serbia who is the dealer. You think there is something wrong with version sold in Serbia ?

No. But the install may have not worked correctly. Try reinstalling and see if that helps.
