No, I know how to rename my units, I'd like give them real names, of divisions battallions etc. (I.1st Div Inf) for example, I don't know which is the correct way to write military hierarchy

Try googling it. I´m sure you can find the same for the air force and also a lot of ship names and designations.

Yes ok, but which is the correct way to write ( as the name of the unit in OOB) for example "3rd Battalion 41st Infantry Regiment" and for airforce?

Not sure about other countries, but the US Army and Marines would appreciative your example as 3/41 Infantry (or even 3/41 Inf). The battalion number would come first followed by the regiment number and type.

The Marines use the "Marines" designation, so you would see 1/1 Marines for 1st Battalion, 1st Regiment. The Marines also don't differentiate their regiments too much. Their armored and artillery units use the Marine designation. An example is 1/12 Marines is the 1st Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, which is an artillery unit.

Not sure about the air force off the top of my head.

I think you are going to encounter two problems:

"1st Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment" may be too long to fit in the name field, and you will see something like "t Battalion, 12th Marine Regime"

The scale of scenarios can vary, so that any of division, battalion, or regiment may be appropriate from scenario to scenario.

What I do is to generically name units; for example: "1st Marines" "4th Armored" "Fighter Squadron A" "Bomber Group B" which are applicable no matter the size of the unit implied by the scale of the scenario.
