Problems installing DLC 1940 Wehrmacht on new computer

I'm trying to load all my Panzer Corps material onto a new laptop. So far, everything's gone OK except for one module: Wehrmacht DLC 1940. When I try to install this, I get the following message: "Failed to open output file". It pops up three times, then I get "Setup application has stopped working".

Any idea what the problem might be? I have tried using old back-ups from when I first bought the game: they don't work either, so if it's a corrupted program, the program was corrupted long agfo. Slitherine/Matrix doesn't allow me to go back and download this again from my account, either. I DO have the original purchase order, if someone from Slitherine can help out. I have sent you guys a mail, but no response yet.

By the way, none of this stuff is on Steam: I bought it direct from you guys and downloaded it as it came out.

It sounds that the installer is corrupted. Please download it again.
If the serial number is registered in your Slitherine account then you should be able to download the game file installer from your Member's area.
Anyway, you can always contact us at support[at]slitherine co.uk with your order details (order reference number and/or email address used for placing the order) and we will provide you with a new download link.
