Commander casualties blocking game function button

Yeah it's probably a statement about my skills at this game.....

But at Okinawa, the Japanese have lost so many commanders (at least 5) that they now cover up the game function buttons (e.g., finishing and sending the turn).

Any way to shut off the commander casualty display on the right so I can access these game function buttons?
