CA County defense

Something must be wrong with the defense numbers of this heavy cruiser class.
A Bf109 should not be able to take out 3 strength points.

Did a quick look in the units.csv file. The cruiser has no air defense value. The BF-109 series has naval attack values ranging from 1 to 3 depending on the model and whether its considered a small or large naval unit (which I think, if I'm reading the file correctly it's a large). Could this be the cause?

I also took a look at all of the other CAs. The German Hipper CA is the same, no air defense value. Interestingly, both have bomber defense ratings of 11, which none of the other CAs have a bomber def rating. Perhaps the air def value got put in the wrong place?

I'm certainly no expert on this, but am trying to figure out the various game variables.
