Uneven BG's

Probably a silly question, but writing an 800 point army i came across a BG size of 4-8 bases per BG. Could i pay for 5 or 7 and set up as rectangular as possible? :roll:

My reasoning basically is that at times i have a few points left and that one more base will top me up nicely to 800!

No, see P150 battle group composition.

The only odd numbered BG size that is allowed is 9 and that only when 1/3 of the BG has to be one type and the other 2/3 something else.

BG's of 7 would have significant advantages over ones of 6 so if allowed almost everyone would use that size and things would look silly.
