Paratroopers landing bug

game version: 2.9.6d / steam

I was able to land paratroopers on water hex in Norway scenario. I was aiming to drop them below the enemy Engineers, but they landed above them. I suspect that the randomly chosen landing hex was the one that was occupied. See picture below:

may or may not be an issue, as hex shown is shoreline (eg coastline / coast / beach), but developers will give a maybe more correct answer

for me yellow is ok, not idea mind you, but red would be a bug.

i may be wrong and you may be right, but the developer will comment either way hopefully.

It is a bug and adherbal has fixed it (next update I guess).
