Error in Compressed File - Bad CRC (?)

Hi,
Just downloaded the 2.9.6d OOB WWII update.
After I did so, I could no longer access my current campaign of "Rising Sun"; it showed on the main screen that the module was not installed.
So I went back to order site, re-downloaded it after entering the key, and then tried to extract it.
I got the following message:

Error in Compressed File - Bad CRC
Original -1424327315
Calculated - 1830867901

Then I canceled out, and got a warning window saying "Failed Self-Extraction"

I'm running Windows 7; the other module I downloaded ("Morning Sun") still appears as an active game on my menu; only Rising Sun disappeared.

I also tried to download the 2.9.6e file from Dropbox, but it would not load.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

try a different browser, as it's working for me here on Chrome, re post if it still doesn't for you today
