Morning Sun - about japanese recon units

Ladies and gentlemen, greetings.
I'm playing the first campaign of OOB, Morning Sun. Fine game so far - not mentionning a few ergonomic issues I may adress later. Anyway, back to the topic : Japan has 2 armoured reconnaissance units : Type 92 Osaka (price : 50 gold) and Type 91 Sumita (price : 40 gold) / Both share the same characterictics, except one : Sumita has the "Rail Setup" trait.
Meanwhile, Sumita is cheaper than Osaka.

Why is that ? Why would anyone buy Osaka units then ? Do they have any hidden and valuable specific trait ?

OK then.
Another one to check in the japanese OOB for Morning Sun, maybe : the tactical bomber KI-30 has slightly better stats (against ships) than the KI-32 but both cost the same price (70 gold, 3 air points).

Still about those two japanese tactical bombers : i'm starting a new scenario and I can see in the upgrade panel that upgrading Ki-30 to Ki-32 costs 56 gold despite the fact that Ki-32 looses 2 attack points against ships.
