Pontoon Bridges

Anyway of placing them on the map with the scenario editor?

A road crossing a river places a 'normal' bridge at the crossing. If you remove the road link, the bridge starts the scenario as destroyed.
The pontoon bridge may only be created during game-play. There's no trigger/effect in the editor for placing the pontoon bridge icon.
