Interpenetration of MF longbow and dismounted Men at Arms

Post by RSDPIT »

The army lists for 100 year war English (continental) Storm of arrows page 9, says" Dismounted Men at Arms and Bill men can interpenetrate longbow men and vice versa"
1) Can this be a simultaneous movement i.e. effectively just swopping positions?
2) Can this be an evade move?

Hi there

I'm afraid no on both counts.

The unit being interpenetrated stays in place whilst the other unit moves through. Also the unit moving through needs to be facing in the direction of the unit being interpenetrated to do so.

Both heavy foot and medium foot cannot evade.

They can rout through each other without causing cohesion loss
