Air redeploy from exit zones do not work (for me)

I couldn't work the redeployable exit zones. They are in the original campaign, for example in Raate Road scenario, there they work. Now I wanted to add such ones in another scn. I added the right symbols on the map - blue arrow pointing up, with a line under it - and the aircafts can exit, I can repair them, but they cannot re-enter the map. I also set in the scenario setup, the off-map air supply option. There is enough air command points available.
What else is needed? I do not see any additonal setup at Raate Road either. It's urgent, so I would be happy, if somebody from the devs could answer it. Thanks!

Ok, I found at least, after so much tries and several days spent on it: redeployable exit zones do not automatically will make aircrafts again available on the map. Additional deploy zones had to be added - with the settings, how long they should be existing on the map! (starting deploy zones are set to 0-0).
