Individual Scenario play in U.S. Marines

Is it even possible to play individual scenarios? In the Allied campaign, you can play the individual battles if you so choose. In Marines, there are not enough resource points to play them. Is that a campaign only deal? Never tried to play a single scenario with the Marines DLC. Was going to bide some time whilst I am waiting for the new patch, but it doesn't seem possible. I tried Peleliu and was starting off with no troops & only 100 RP. Can't fight it that way!

I checked through some of the scenarios. Some are playable, some appear not - Guadalcanal: 25 Requisition Points???? I'd say those Seabees will be overrun in no time. Iwo Jima, on the other hand, looks to be barely OK. I hope that the developers are planning to fix this.

I have always played entire campaigns, so I never noticed this before. Allied scenarios appear to be better. 7000 RP for the last battle, for example [admittedly a larger scale scenario].
