I want my Artillery back!

Since the last update the effect of artillery has been greatly reduced. I think the artillery should be reset to it's previous values. Three batteries of Long Toms should reduce an infantry attack substantially, not leave the infantry unit largely untouched. I am finding that my artillery barrages have little or no effect on enemy units which is a major drawback now on the game. If the plan was to reduce the effect of artillery in order to prepare OOB for the European theater (which I read somewhere) what is going to happen when OOB gets to providing content about the Eastern Front, where the Soviets used massed artillery to devastating effect on the Germans? Are massed Soviet rocket and artillery attacks going to have no effect on some feeble Volksturm unit? Bah!!!

Can I change the artillery effect on my OOB manually to previous levels? Does anyone know how?

Also this, if you want to spend time on the pros and cons, plus a bit of study that I did. However, VPaulus points to the thread in which adherbal said "We have decided to undo the change in a small update very soon."
