Can't find my core or save folder

I store the Panzer Core data files on a separate data drive (S:)because I have a small C: drive (SSD) to hold Windows only. I restored Window to a very early point and cannot find the saves folder in My documents (C:). The main game file is intact on my S: drive.
Please tell me there is a saves or core unit folder for me to copy somewhere in the Panzer Corps main data folder on my S: Drive!
I think I must re-install the program because the registry lost the linkages from the C: to S: drives....and I don't want to loose my core army.
Please Advise.

I'm sorry, but the save games are always stored on \Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps
