MP login ip address lockout

Downloading my turn stalled. Restarted OOB, but I get this message when trying to login to the PBEM+ server.

Edit: Got in after 15 minutes. Temporarily banned? :D

You're not the only one. I was plagued with that message yesterday, on P&S (and one of my opponents). It happened with Da Orks as well, but not OoB.
It might have been caused by multiple uploading failures. Better today.
