Battle of Viipurinlahti (Viborg Bay)

There is some documentation concerning a "Viipurinlahti" scenario in the game files. An attempted landing in Viborg by the Soviets during their offensive in the Continuation War. Was this battle planned but was later scrapped in the final release? Just curious.
