The American scenarios

I completed Sealion 45 with a DV. I thought that would lead me to American scenarios,but the game ended. How do you get to play the invasion of the US scenarios. where is it? I would appreciate anyone who can help me.

Would be super cool if they made them.

you invade the US after winning Sealion 42

You get to invade the USA in the Wehrmacht campaign (sometimes termed vanilla) by either:

---> DV Sealion 40 then
----------> DV Rush to Moscow
----------> DV Moscow 41 (nearly impossible)
----------> DV Moscow 43

OR

---> DV Rush to Moscow OR
---> DV Moscow 41
----------> DV Sealion 42
