mixed BG shooting

A mixed bg of HF and MF bow in a 4 deep formation as below:

HF HF (first rank)
HF HF
MF MF
MF MF

How many dice do MF bow get shooting in shooting phase if any?

And how many dice do MF bow get shooting in impact phase if any?

Zero - see page 88
And how many dice do MF bow get shooting in impact phase if any?
A maximum of 2 - it depends how many enemy bases are in contact in the impact phase. See page 104.
