Just a quick note to players...

Please let us or at least your opponent know if you are going to be unavailable for any period of time. Players can even skip turns, drop out, drop back in etc... It's a very open League we are trying to build here. But if you aren't available and we don't know...then your turn will get assigned to someone else after a period of time and that can delay everything for everyone.

So please, let us know.

Also, yes, there will be script mismatch messages with the current version of the file. I will be fixing that for the next turn. In the meantime, don't worry about it. The forces are correct and the play is legit. Just ignore it and it should be gone next turn.

The German panzers supported by the mighty 150mm run over my paper tanks in just a few turns. The T-34 took out a few panzers before being destroyed by the 150mm. I thought I had a quite good defensive position, but the Russian paper tanks with their toy guns couldn't do much.

Good time to report I have cleared the way for the drive to Stalingrad to continue as well.

The next turn won't be so easy for the advancing Germans though. The 150mm will be getting low on ammo and firing only every other round...so don't rely on it too much. Soviets will also have some more strength in armour and the arrival of the Pz. IV-F1's will help but not guarantee victory...KV-1's will also be out there.

Should be fun...
