Hi guys.
I know it was discussed at length, for example here:

All nice and good, but i was unable to find spreadsheets with RoF values for Soviet and Allied arty, while i am sure i've seen one somewhere on this forum. Cannot find it now. Can someone help please?

P.S. I've used search / google search, i really did. :|

You can find it in the equipment file a column or two to the right of the list of icons.
On a PC the equipment file will be in the data folder. Opening it in Excel makes it easier to search than using Notepad.
I only play on a PC so can't comment for other devices.
