I am using the middle level but when I play multi-player I am losing 3 games out of 4 (some really heavily). What level do you use?

I am using middle level too. Although I can soundly thrash the AI in most battles, somehow, artificially enhancing the AI's troops feels like letting the computer cheat to me. I haven't played the AI for a while now. Multiplayer is much tougher and more rewarding.

I have just noticed that when you set up a solo battle you can click on the "Advanced" button and it shows you the army points allocated to each army. On the middle level the human player gets something like 969 points and the AI gets 1200 points, but you can adjust these points allocations if you want to.
