Welcome Erling

Re: B44 for BA2 - Multiplayer Campaign League
So will we go with every front having two Generals fighting now or keep with the reserve list?

The next round will see two Generals per side on each front...everyone will be getting in on the action!MacD2013 wrote:So will we go with every front having two Generals fighting now or keep with the reserve list?

Re: B44 for BA2 - Multiplayer Campaign League
Center secondary battle was won by Real. In real life, neither DIV would have had much left. My forces at the end were a Stug, 50mm AT and a 82mm mortar. I know Real had at least a couple of infantry, a LMG and a couple of mortars left.
Very good and hard fought game.

Battle 1 in the center is over. Axis won. Like in the second game this one was really bloody. In the end the Russians couldn't match the German 150 mm arty and Panzer support.

Real earns the Soviet command 100 points that can be declared in any coming battle or saved for a cumulative use later. Congrats Real!glenghiscan wrote:We have a new soviet poster boy all hail real

Re: B44 for BA2 - Multiplayer Campaign League
The Invasion continues!
Turn 3 is about to begin. Soviet FM to indicate four divisions at the next battles on the map.
The German FM will then announce the six divisions taking part and where along with command of those divisions.
The Soviet FM will then announce his Generals and the battles can then begin.
Skirmish instructions will be issued at that time.
Thank you gentlemen and good luck in the coming battles!

Am I correct in thinking I've 2x infantry 1xcav 1xarmour as in the previous round ? If so armour south infantry north and infantry and cav in centre

You'll need to assign two divisions in the South to cover off the approach to Stalingrad and a route to Moscow (S3a and S3b).
North and Centre only need one Div assigned each (there will be more...but you only have to worry about one each for now).
The Armour and Cav available can be seen in the charts to the right. So North has a Cav and Armd. available. Centre has a Cav. and two Armd. available and South has lost it's Cav. so just Armd. available there.
Infantry (or in the Soviet case, Rifle) divisions are always available.
Hope that makes more sense now? Let me know if you have any questions there.

I've posted a text file on the first thread that shows what the Army Lists consist of...not sure if that helps (can you open a txt file on iPad?)glenghiscan wrote:I'm playing on iPad when I click onto army listings it's not opening up
