Simple Editor for Units and BigUnits

Hello,
I like to change the appearance of the game by changing the images of Units and BigUnits, I think it would be convenient to have a utility (such PzCEdit but with less data) providing a reading device file data and associating with each unit the Units and BigUnits image.
Maybe it is easy for you to create this utility.
