Downloading MP Scenarios

i have tried downloading nearly all the custom mp maps and my pc won't open them. they show up in my downloads but it keeps asking what i want to open them with. when it searches for an ap to read them it comes up empty. am i missing something? i initially downloaded the coral sea scenario with no problems. if i need to install a file reading program can someone suggest one that won't infect my pc with too many bugs? thanks

You need to copy the scenarios to your My Documents -> My Games -> Order of Battle etc -> Scenarios folder.
Then you login to multiplayer and create a challenge or pick up an existing ones.

thanks. i'll try this when i get home tonight.
am i correct in assuming the winter war mp map is unplayble unless you've purchased some dlc? it shows up in my available maps, and i joined a match and got notice that it was my turn. the game will not load though, just endlessly going thru the loading procedure.

The devs need to answer the winter war mp-scenario issue, I don't know.

Looks like a purchase is required. I've bought Winter War and Two Dragons (Nationalists and Communists against Japanese AI) is underway. Arctic Fox is waiting on my opponent's turn.
