Unit record/Achievement problems

I posted this on the Steam forums, too, but it seems this is preferred here?

It seems like there are problems with the unit logbook...

1: Purple Heart seems nearly impossible to obtain - after every battle/scenario, the unit's casualties are reset to 0, making getting to 100 nearly impossible without deliberately exposing a single unit to ludicrous abuse I'm not even sure is possible in a single mission.

2: The "Logbook" for units does not work as expected. I see multiple entries for most units being commissioned, renames, and no other real data.

3: The bronze/silver/gold unit-killer achievements do not unlock for me. I still don't have the bronze air ace or silver naval or grim reaper awards in spite of having units with 13 kills in a campaign. I only seemed to get the bronze grim reaper and naval medals when I got 5 kills in a single mission, not over a campaign.
