Order of Battl:Pacific crashes during midway scenari on turn

playing oob:pacific campaign. during the Midway scenario in the campaign the game always crashes during AI turn#24. Restarted at least 10 times both before the turn end and at the turn end. Also tried reinstalling game.Playing on Steam. Just purchased game on Steam 3 days ago. All updates have been downloaded----can anyone help tell me what else I can do to get this bug fixed. Thought about purchasing again on Slitherine site but google come up with warning that the site has malware that could infect computer

Hi thomas,

Could you upload the Auto save that is generated just before you experience the crash? If you could also upload your output_log here we can use these two thing to work out what the problem is.

I am also experiencing very slow AI turns on midway (US campaign). Never experienced it this bad before. Maybe the new patch?

I can tab in and out and get through to Next turn, but it takes forever.

Have you tried the 2.4 patch? I just got through playing the Midway scenario as the Allies. Worked fine. On to Guadalcanal!

Crash and PC shuts down.
I have the Patch 2.4.
However I installed it during my campaign...

Thanks, but I don't see any error. Note that the output log gets regenerated each time you play.

I also couldn't reproduce from your savegame. Can you consistently reproduce the error from your save? If so, could you maybe reproduce the error and grab the output log immediately after?

Sorry, I was travelling.
It's the new file as requested.
My computer shut down only with your game and especialy since the new patch 2.4 ; I play to another games such as World of Tank, Panzer corps, Total war series, and the very demanding Star war battle front.
No problem with these games.

Hi Folks

I have the same problem. The game AI slows down during its turn and does not complete, just freezes up. So I have been stuck. I have been keeping an eye on this thread for a couple of weeks to see it there has been a solution. Running version 2.4.8.d. Any more info here?
