Registering serials

When I copy and paste my FoG and DLC serials, I see a little spinner at the top left of the screen saying 'Loading hash data', but the serials are not accepted. I have tried re-starting my computer but it still doesn't work.

What is the url of the page you are trying to register on?

I've figured it out. When I copied the serials, there was a space at the end of the copied text for some reason. When I pasted the serials and deleted the extra space, it worked. Hope this helps others who might have the same problem.
