Winter war DLC date?

Any date set for the Winter war DLC? I know it states this month but to be more specific?

Cant wait to buy and try it.

Released Jul 2016 is the only info out atm, so will be soon, but when is any ones guess

I do hope this long delay is because they are well underway with a few more installments.
