multiplayer won't load after buying us 42/43/44

There is an update patch here:

Please do try this out. It should fix the issue with not being able to access MP with all the DLC installed. (Sorry that it's so big, but we didn't want to risk people downloading it by accident and not getting the full changes from 1.26)

I am having the MP issue. I am trying to dl this fix but keep getting errors.
