Commanders

OK as I have mentioned to Erik, I would like to know how to add more commanders to the campaign game. I saw in the list that there are a lot more of them available without any traits, so I would like to add

more commanders to my campaign playing, so I can experiment. Also in what folder are the commanders for the custom Philipines campign.

First, my little Philippines campaign is not a mod. Only official content is used, there are no extra commanders in the Philippines folder.

But it is quite easy to add a commander using the Unlock Commander effect. I guess several of these effects could be added to a suitable scenario-start/turn-1 trigger in a campaign scenario
