[PanzerCorps] Little FIX for one-two-six...

Things that have been forgotten in the current patch ... I have therefore made an unofficial fix that changed following...

Supported languages: ENGLISH, GERMAN, RUSSIAN (Not supported: FRENCH)

for all supported languages:

- A little colored all campaigns tables ... The individual table fields are now slightly gray. [library & localize/de/library & localize/ru/library]

for the English and German versions (optionally also Russian version):

- Campaign trees of U.S. Corps integrated into the library - to Grand-Campaign-model: missing completely in German and English [library & localize / de / library]
(In the Russian version already exists a campaign table for all U.S. Corps DLCs.)

What's going on with the U.S. vehicle markings ... Questions like, "A white star in a yellow ring?" are answered in this pdf:

only the German version:

- De-Briefings translated into German for the U.S. campaign of the original Wehrmacht campaign (localize/de/data/briefings)

- Sea Lion FIX integrated: Campaign Tree of Sea Lion is completely absent in the German version (localize/de/library) look here

- Translation of Soviet Corps campaigns table into German: The German version is only available in English (localize/de/library)

- U.S. Corps FIX integrated: The German version of the Campaign Description of U.S. Corps is only available in English (dlc/uscorpsX/localize/de/data) look here

Thanks so much for taking the time to fix this. I had some time on my hands today and I added tables similar to the vanilla campaign and updated some campaign slides to the files you created. Please feel free to add them to your fix if you like.

The HTM and photos use your naming conventions so they should overwrite on extract. I edited the HTM using notepad and checked them in game. If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them.
