Japanese Campaign: Pearl Harbor Restart Graphics

When I restart the scenario or restart the campaign from the main menu, there are areas of Pearl Harbor that are on fire.
Apparently the graphics did not reset. Please look into this.

Some hexe on that map are set to always be on fire. I don't think anything is wrong. Is it possible for you to post a screenshot?

I guess you see these fire graphics which are available in the editor.
They may be added to a location as 'Decoration'.
