Can't activate Collector's Edition

I tried to move your post to Tech Support, but unfortunately lost it somewhere in the ether. Very sorry.

Your collector's edition serial number should indeed activate the extra campaigns.

If you are cutting and pasting your serial number, one possibility is that you have inadvertently pasted a space or a linefeed at the end of the serial number, which will stop it working. Please check that this is not the problem.

once the SN has been inputted if it doesn't auto download the new bits then,

Verify Integrity of Game Cache

or if all else fails, quit steam and re open and re try

(i was part answering it with this so maybe because of that it went haywire maybe and got lost )

I was assuming it was the non-STEAM version, because the STEAM version should activate automatically.

i had one problem with steam with the same issue, but once i did above it sorted it, but yes not sure either will ask
