Give it for granted.
I already collected enough material to create transport and attack helicopters. 8)

And how you see game mechanics of Modern Conflicts?
You consider it to realize in general perhaps on this engine?

I read a thread of Panzer Corps East, there the man drew nearly a year the huge map, placed units, and many other things, but nothing has been post on exit.
And on a modern theme, further units, doesn't have gone.

Maybe can take two conflicting country, make for them a set of units, and to add other country units later :)
What about it you think? :-)

The NVA shall be burned to a crisp by that B52. Actually... are we going to have Vietnam scenarios?

The game engine is going to be a problem for sure. For example: submarines, they wont be able to attack each other, which, in modern days it doesnt make any sense.
It is going to be difficult but I will try to do my best.
Regarding the release of this project, dont worry, I will finish it. It will take long, but it will be done in the end. Dont worry :P

As I stated before Bite, the mod will focus on the present day: fictional and maybe real life conflicts. Cold War is something I dont have in mind, at least for now. Maybe some time after the release of the mod, depending on the interest from community as well.

Maybe add cold war as an update, similar to great patriotic war in your first mod? They have similar equipment 90% of the time.

Love pics and updates of this mod. Keep up the good work.
BTW if some units like helicopters might cause problems and take a lot of time, wouldn't it be better to forget about them for the time being and add them in later updates ?

Hi ppanzer. I dont believe helicopters would be a problem, so dont worry, they will be available :D
I think I will pause the vehicles icons making for now and I will go for the infantry ones, my mind needs a refresh from all that kind of stuff :P

Will this have Chinese units? It can serve as the spiritual successor to People's General if it does.

Yup, the Patria has a LOT of variants. I will try to do as much as possible but its not that easy :P
Thanks for your comments.

Mhh, so far I have no plans to add the Chinese faction: my idea is to focus on Europe, and also is VERY hard to find decent material to create Chinese units.....
But who knows, maybe after the initial release I could try to start to work on an update to include the might PLA :D

Akkula, there are Chinese unit icons in the Sino-Chinese War mod done years ago on the forum and also in the DMP Pacific War mod for PZC (and I have all of these). All are going to be styled on the 1930-1945 era. Don't know if the uniforms and weapons will work for you, but the faces will all be the same  Nothing racist intended. Of course all Western people look the same too don't ya know
Old Timer Panzer General fan. Maybe a Volksturm soldier now. Did they let Volksturm drive Panzers?

Thanks for the suggestion flak, but the infantry is not the problem; tanks, planes, etc are the thing. But don´t worry, in the future I will try to see what can I do with China. So far I have the hands full with the European nations (and USA).

My first set of infantry units, Russia and USA. The Russians are defending a Belorussian town :P
