Errors in iPad Version

Hello,

I am playing the Panzer Corps DLC. I spotted two errors on my iPad version.

1) V-weapons are no one use weapons. They have two ammunition and can be rearmed and refueled at airfields. Sealion 45 is so very easy.

2) i lose the end on the Elbe scenario on turn 19. No enemy ground unit is on the other side of the Elbe. I have all major Target hexes. Why do i lose? Even if the US and the Sovjet units meet each other, i should be able to reach a Minor Victoria, or?
