Confession :(

Post by Blathergut »

I...uh...

.....have a confession....

to..,uh make to all, uh of you...

Last night....(oh this is difficult)...

...I uh...

...well, that is...

...I painted 6 Austrian infantry.

There. I said it.

Now...they WERE casualties, laying face down on the ground (so I didn't have to paint those weird knot thingies on the front of their pants) and they WILL look good in front of my artillery units, so I guess I shouldn't be too horribly embarrassed that I painted a white coat or two.

;)

Only thing you need to confess to is your lack of knowledge of Austrian uniforms. The boys in white don't have Hungarian knots on their pants. Only the boys in light blue pants get the fancy knots.
As for painting white uniforms, I keep telling you to get some German allies from Perry. Then you can get lots of practice with white uniforms.

I see this is really old...but it's all new to me.

I think Austrians, with or without the Hungarian knots, look best in front of French artillery :)
