Hello everyone, I would like to change shifts at units using torpedoes am using excel 2013, the unit I tried to do is save it with the format of Excel 2013 but not acts once the edit I put it in the following folder, replacing the original file

You need to open and save the units.csv file in the same format as the original.
Excel-2013/365 does not open this file correctly, so I use Open Office instead.

You have to make sure it uses semicolons and semicolons only to split the sells. I would assume Excel should somehow be able to do this, but I don't have the software so can't check for myself.

Open Office or Google Sheets will work though.
