Re: Devizes 2016
Does this basically mean No Europeans of any kind? For example, the Spanish troops in the Arawak list are not described as mercenaries or allies, are they also excluded? Please note: NO European mercenaries or allies are allowed.

Re: Devizes 2016
Thank you Don. I don't think you missed anything with he Arawak as it's possible to have a legal list without the Spanish. I think you may have missed the Tlaxcalans and their friends as they seem to fit the theme, and I'm surprised the Buccaneers are allowed as they are mostly Europeans, just not in the area officially.

						Re: Devizes 2016
My main concern was to stop European pike and shot units, to encourage the use of cavalry armies.Question will then be lancers or bow armed. Buccaneers would be risky, as they could face a lot of lance armed cavalry.kevinj wrote:Thank you Don. Kevin - I've just cancelled my room at The Black Swan, if you want to take it up. You'll be very lucky to find anywhere in the area now.kevinj wrote:Where are people staying for this? Does anyone have any recommendations?

As the old saying goes:

Re: Devizes 2016
Brendan, the thing to remember about Nigel is he is very offensive..... all attack, attack, attack. Mostly works but you have to try and rein him in now and then

						Re: Devizes 2016
Richard has confirmed he will be coming, but we could do with one more team to even up the numbers.

Re: Devizes 2016
We are still a team short for even numbers.
To avoid the need for byes, would one of the teams consider splitting?
Thanks in anticipation
