Midway - even with beta patch 2.3.9b AI still freezes

In US Midway scenario AI freezes on turn 23. I installed beta patch 2.3.9b and although it improved the overall AI performance it still does not prevent the freeze.
Please help!

Also, I have a little request. If you manage to get past this turn on my save file, if possible, can you send me the file back?
Maybe I will be able to continue the campaign somehow past this unfortunate turn.

Edit: Please feel free to move it to Tech Support. That was my mistake not posting it in the proper subforum.

Hi olin,

I wasn't able to reproduce the problem from your savegame. If you're able to reproduce, could you upload the output log file which is generated? I can use that to try to identify the problem.
