SKIN CAMO - problems

Hello. The skin camo it is a great feautures for units but: There is still problem whit this. For example in Morning Sun campaign armored units earlier than those that are available in the basic version (I mean the main campaign) of the game do not change camouflage ! The same is in Marine U.S. expension !!!
The German elite camouflage which was available in one an earlier patch is gone completely....
for example:
japenese tanks: Type 94, Type 89, SOKO Sagyo KI - the CAMOUFLAGE does not work
Type 95 ha - GO, Type 97 Chi - CHa- tha CAMOUFLAGE work..
