US MARINES & 2.3.8 Hotfix download

We've created a quick hotfix to address some of the recently reported issues:

NOTE: this should be stable, but due to the short testing period there is always a small chance something is still wrong. If you experience any issues after installing this patch let us know so we can address the problem asap.

Fix list:
- Rail move marker display a train icon again
- Fix for embarking to an adjacent port hex
- Fix for Tulagi M2A4 tank award sometimes not triggering
- Fixed Munda secondary objective text, stating that aircraft damage must be against ground targets
- Fixed discrepancy between Peleliu primary objective text and actual condition.
- Fixed Nanchang AI freeze related to off-map AI unit.
- Fix for Strategic Map related bug in 2D Tactical Map display mode
- Fix for Download Content Manager failing to connect

Yes, it just takes quite a big longer to produce, test and upload all the required "official" installers and we wanted to get these fixes out asap.

Hi thank you for the quick fix. I don't know for other issues but the dissapearing interface in 2D tactical mode at least seems fixed for me with the update.

Btw I use the Steam version of the game. I don't know if I was supposed to download this fix for the Steam version but as it seems to work

Better. Much better. My infamous 20-minute AI turn 3 in 2.3.8 is only 7 minutes, 35 seconds in 2.3.9b and this is before some tweaks that were suggested by a helpful expert. I am back in the saddle again and I am also very grateful. Now, can we keep the AI on this level, please? So far, it's doing the same expected things as it did in the past, no dumber or smarter! It always seemed smart enough to me (of course, that could be a measure of how dumb I am ). Thank you very much.

I've been having an issue with the Bougainville scenario. I've taken and built the airfield as required and held them but I don't get a green check mark for it. Then when the scenario is finished, it says Defeat ! Tried it twice now and still no green check marks. I bought the game to add to the rest of the series. It was fine in beta ! Any ideas or fixes ?

Once again, after purchasing an Order of Battle game (this time, U.S. Marines) when I try to install it, the message appears saying I don't have Order of Battle: Pacific installed. I have this installed for months! What do I do?

I had this too with Morning Sun. I solved it by running the original installer, then the DLC.
